Film Reviews: The spirit of "American Pie" and "Porky's" lives on in "Brain Drain 2," which features a gang of teenage misfits causing mayhem at Harvard U. Mostly interesting as a compendium of Spanish insecurities abroad, the pic unleashes the standard arsenal of offensiveness and stereotyping, but the gags feel threadbare, even if they're targeting hormonal teen auds. Pic's first-weekend B.O. haul repped the second biggest of 2011 for a Spanish film, following "Torrente 4," but "Brain" is unlikely to challenge intellects beyond Hispanic territories.
